CASHBACK REWARDS POLICY
Our Cashback Rewards Program allows eligible customers to earn store credit (Cashback) that can be applied toward future purchases. Cashback has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may only be redeemed on eligible purchases from the corresponding Rounderbum store.
1. Newsletter Subscription Reward
Customers who Creates and account and subscribe to our newsletter may receive a one-time $5 USD store credit reward.
Minimum purchase required to redeem: USD $29
This newsletter reward is delivered immediately after the customer completes the Account creation process with a valid email and expires 30 days after it is issued.
Each customer may receive this reward only once.
2. First-Time Purchase Cashback
Customers making their first qualifying purchase may receive a 10% of the qualifying order total cashback.
Maximum cashback reward: USD $100 per qualifying order.
This reward is available one time per customer. It may have a 7 day delay delivery.
3. Standard Cashback
For qualifying purchases below the Major Purchase threshold:
- USA: Earn 5% cashback on purchases from USD $1 to $99.99
Maximum cashback reward: USD $50 per qualifying order.
Minimum purchase required to redeem: USD $1
It may have a 7 day delay delivery.
4. Double Cashback
For qualifying purchases meeting the Major Purchase threshold:
- USA: Earn 10% cashback on purchases of USD $100 or more
Maximum cashback reward: USD $100 per qualifying order.
Minimum purchase required to redeem: USD $1
It may have a 7 day delay delivery.
5. Review Reward
Customers may receive store credit for submitting an eligible product review associated with a completed order:
- USA: USD $5 per eligible review
Reviews must be connected to an actual qualifying purchase/order. Duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible reviews will not qualify for rewards.
This REVIEW reward is delivered immediately after submitting an eligible product review associated with a completed order.
This REVIEW reward is rewarded only 1 reward per order not a reward per review of the same order. The first review of a product of a single order is the only review that qualifies for a reward for that whole order.
6. Birthday Reward
Customers may receive store credit during the month of their birthday:
- USA: USD $10 for eligible customer
Customer must have a valid and active account in rounderbum.com, accept Marketing emails and have provided a birth date previously when making a purchase or through the Popup display in our website. Customers that submit their birth date the same month of their birthday may not be elegible for the reward that year, but may be elegible for next years reward.
This BIRTHDAY is not a retroactive reward and we reserve the right not to reward it if birth date is not provided with at least one month before the date, if the birth date is not a valid date or the customer submits more than one birth date.
The BIRTHDAY reward expires 30 days after it is issued.
7. Cashback Expiration
Unless a different expiration period is specifically stated for a promotion or specific reward, Cashback Store Credit expires 120 days after the date it is issued.
The Newsletter Subscription Reward is an exception and expires after 30 days and is only elegible if an account is created/active in our Rounderbum store.
Expired store credit cannot be reinstated, exchanged for cash, product, gift card or discount.
8. Reward Combination
Cashback rewards may be cumulative with other rewards but are not cumulative with one another for the same qualifying purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
For a customer's first purchase, the First-Time Purchase Cashback rate will apply instead of the standard Minor or Major Purchase cashback rate.
Promotional store credit, discount codes, and other offers may be subject to separate restrictions.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If an order that generated cashback is subsequently returned, refunded, partially refunded, or canceled, the corresponding cashback may be:
- Reduced,
- Canceled, or
- Deducted from the customer's available store credit, without any notice, warning or notification of any kind at any moment.
If cashback generated from a returned purchase has already been used, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value from any refund or future reward balance, where permitted.
10. General Conditions
Cashback rewards:
- Are issued exclusively as store credit.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred between customers or accounts.
- Cannot be sold or exchanged.
- May only be used in the country/store in which they were issued unless otherwise indicated.
- Are subject to verification of the qualifying activity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or revoke AT ANY TIME without notification or warning any rewards in cases of fraud, misuse, technical errors, duplicate accounts, or violation of program terms.
