As an older guy, I wanted to look fuller with what I have left. The product does what it says it will do. The only thing I find distracting is how low it fits, so the pads are in the correct place. I keep feeling like I have to pull up the waistband.

I like the trunk better than the briefs I bought first, but both had waists that were too loose. And dropped constantly- definitely uncomfortable. The brief didn't have enough rise in the back, and I always felt uncovered above the waist, and below the bottom.

They aren't extreme padding, just enough to look "real". They even look real if that's all your wearing. Gives me more confidence walking around, and in the bedroom!!! I'm a fit athletic person, and I definitely love them. Like a "bombshell" bra for men.

The trunk is a great fit, the back side pads add a nice lift! I was a little disappointed with the front pouch. Felt it needed a more pronounced pouch... there is just about a 1/4 inch of padding in the pouch that really does not project that great of a looking basket.
I purchased these to try something new. The padded rear is great wether you have no rear end or just want a little extra. I did have to remove the package cup as is made that area look smaller. Great package support and very comfortable.
