I’m not sure the lift is super noticeable under clothes, but I can definitely see the lift when I’m just in my underwear so I suspect it’s giving me just a little bit of help under shorts/pants. They are as comfortable as other butt-lifting underwear I’ve tried. That is to say you can definitely feel the lifting straps, but it’s not at all uncomfortable.
